When you speak with Diana Arich, owner of Aura Spa, you can tell that she really shares in the joy of her clients. “I fell head-over-heels with making people feel good,” she says of becoming an esthetician. “Basically, I went in and made people feel good. You rub their feet, paint their nails and they come out feeling like a million bucks.”
Aura Spa offers all of the standard spa services you’d expect: manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and more. But Diana’s area of expertise? Brow work. “I’m known in the city,” she jokes. “People call me the 'Brow Queen' or the 'Brow Whisperer'.” The spa also sells high-quality skin care products and even offers tanning. Whatever service they are interested in, clients can always count on having the team’s full attention. “I vow to my clients, whether it’s the first time or the 40th time, 'You’ve been with us, and we are going to continue working hard work for your business.’ ”
