I would not take anything nice here. They throw all the TVs on the ground and drag them around and then claim theyre not responsible for scratches.

Resolved issues so all good now
Took my two Samsung monitors into the shop (both exhibiting the same screen flicker symptom) I was told there were no capacitors in the system (when there 13), just a mainboard that would have to be replaced at $150 USD and would 4-6 MONTHS! Was charged for "diagnosing" both monitors even though they were identical with identical symptoms. Wouldn't even consider reviewing teh Samsung info I offered
My cell phone's touch screen was starting to go, and certain portions of the screen were no longer functional, emailed for a quote, and took it in. Less then 24 hours later, they called me at the office telling me it was fixed. I came in picked it up and everything was working great! Well worth the $133 something dollars I spent!
