when upon walking...

when upon walking in and reaching the first bin I found a bug in the icing sugar. And just when you think that is bad while walking up one of the aisles I saw a employee drop a scoop and put it back in the bin unwashed. when I asked to see a supervisor she presented herself as if she didn't care.

Customer service

The service that I received at this bulk barn was AWFUL! This was my first time in this store which had many different items. If I was going to buy something that I never tried before, I would use the scoop and put ONE in my hand to try it. When I went to pay the cashier was very rude and told us NOT TO SNACK! I told her that I was not snacking and that I was trying it first to see if I wanted to buy it. She then said I was watching you and next time ask a staff to help you. So if she was watching me then she should have asked someone to assist me. The manager was also rude and asked if I snack elsewhere.
