Worst service I have ever had. I had a 5 o'clock Tuesday appointment for a tire rotation, which was confirmed by Kal Tire via text the day before. When we showed up a few minutes before 5, we were told that the wait was several hours, that the appointment time didn't matter, they were running behind, this information was given to us in a very rude manner, the "gentleman" obviously didn't care. Speaking to customer service, we finally got the time narrowed down to between 7 and 7.30. Probably.
