I am writing this review because there is a "sacred trust" between a customer & his barber. Loyal to this barbershop location over the past year, I've had several exceptional haircuts - with one exception, my most recent haircut. Initially the haircut proceeded fine, but noticed the haircutter was distracted by the nearby TV screens; "felt" this during the haircut. Upon completion, the mirror was quickly pulled away before I could examine the trim in the back. Asking the barber's name as I thanked him, I was told "Casey" (not his real name). At home my wife verified that it was crooked in the back. Returning twice (1st time - original barber was only one there), second time nobody new "Casey", however recognized him by description & chair. Remedy cut quickly provided with apologies. The haircutter in question has dark hair, middle aged, wears glasses during the cut, often a blue sweater, located near the front. Anyone else there delivers a top-notch hair cut.
