Devon bylaw does not protect thier citizens in which they are paid to do,they are more interested in handing out tickets to home owners who have black rot on thier trees if they dont remove it,they are completely oblivious to complaints a of noise,nusance,burning of out of control fires not even in a pit,just on the ground,storing of hazardous goods as long as the goods are covered where no one can see them,they are a complete waste of tax payers money,so the town buys them a 40thousand dollar t
