I made an appointment the day before to get a gel fill for me and shellac for my mother. We both arrived before our appointment, and my mom was asked to go in first. I asked the lady if I could get a gel fill, but instead of white tips I wanted a solid colour - could that be done? They said yes, told me to pick a colour, and sit down.
40 minutes later, I was still not assisted. People walking in after me without appointments were being helped before me. When they finally told me to sit a chair - 45 minutes later my scheduled appointment - I asked if I could have a solid gel colour. The lady asked me why I didn't want shellac, and I said because my nails broke before with it. She argued with me saying "No, that doesn't happen." I told her yes, it happened to me and I'm growing my nails long for my wedding next month. When I asked if I could get a solid gel colour, the lady said no they don't offer it. I finally told them to forget about doing my nails. When I said that, they all started talking to each other in their own language.
My mom was served in 45 minutes for her shellac, but they cut down all her nails short when she asked them not to (she had looooong, natural nails) and filed them crooked. When she went to pay, the bill was $36 and my mom paid with a $40. The lady kept the change without offering it back to my mom and walked away.
ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Pay a bit more and go somewhere else where you can feel like a valued customer and who honour their appointments.
