I just recently moved here from Calgary, and am so happy to find this place. The staff takes good care of our needs, and the Dr. is Excellent. He really takes the time for me to understand the medical things so I can make an informed decision for my Pets.
Staff is excellent. Dr Parmar has foreign accent but very passionate.Recommend to everyone who love their pet(s).
ive been coming here since 2014 and even when the staff seemed busy they were always so nice and served me quick. Always smiling and say hi when I walk in. The dr always take the time to explain eveeeerything and explains it so you understand. He's never quick to leave the room. Such a personable guy! I always leave super pleased and I'm really happy that I found this clinic! I'm a student and this place is very easy on my pockets to say the least :) 10/10
I have been so fortunate to have Dr Parmar as my vet for the last 11 years. If one of my pets has an emergency he is right there for us. He has taken wonderful care of my three cats and dog, I love the staff they are well trained and compassionate like he is. I will recommend him, not only does he keep his fees reasonable he is amazing at his job. Ten stars!
Abslutely love this clinic and staff. They saved the life of my cat a couple years ago and at a fraction of what it would've cost anywhere else. My male cat had stones and now is on prescription food and has had no problems since. They even went as far as to take him and hold him one day just for ear mites as my apt building and suite was being sprayed. Incredible sevice.
Worst experience ever! The male vet didn't bother to tell me what half the charges would be for. Staff was unprofessional and RUDE! He did examined my pet in the back room. Left and found a much more professional and kinder vet clinic.
Have been going to this clinic for about five years now. Always had good experiences. They quite literally saved one of our pets this past summer. They've gone as far as not charging us for an after hours emerg visit once too. The doctor's accent is a bit difficult to understand but he does excellent work and always explains the issues, his intent, and what he's done.

The Doctor's accent is a little hard to understand but he has always been excellent to us, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. We've been going there for about 5 years or so.
The Receptionist was absolutly horrific, she was insulting, pride in my personal life, and to top it off over charged me for my dogs prescription/food. She behaves like she owns the clinic, I will never recommend anyone bringing there pet to this location.
I have never met someone as rude and unprofessional as the front desk employee. She stated that she actually "manages" the front desk, which to me was horrifying seeing as though her professionalism was the worst I've ever seen. If the rest of the clinic staff is as rude as the front desk, I would certainly NEVER take my pet here. And seeing as though she is the "face of the business" I don't think I will.
