Tricia was phenomenal. I had a very limited amount of time before I needed to attend a wedding and she helped me immensely with a new sports jacket, pants and shoes. I attended the wedding in style and I can't thank her enough for her amazing service that Saturday afternoon. She knew exactly what I needed. Professional, courteous and personable. The sales lady talked over me and did not listen to what I wanted. She also tried to push an ill fitting suit on me, claiming that it "fit perfectly" and that "the most important thing is that I am comfortable". This is my wedding, I want to make sure I look good, I don't want to be swimming in an excessive amount of fabric. I'm not sure if she doesn't know what she is talking about, or if she doesn't care.

Brutal. Waited 30 minutes just to get my fiance measured for a suit. They don't even have suits or tuxedos to try on before you commit to renting them. You pick what you want off of a selection of nine mannequins, and a carabiner holding a selection of wrinkly vests and ties.
