truck was in for new tires and service department severely over tightened the wheel nuts causing the studs to stretch and weaken enough that my wheel fell off

Brought my truck in for a routine oil change...ended up costing me $2000.00 when I was told that my front brakes needed changing, then while that was being done the "differentiating switch" failed and the part was not available in Canada! I had expressed my concerns that I needed my truck by Saturday (was brought in Thursday) finally got it back on Monday. On the brake inspection it was noted that the brakes needed work in the future yet I was lead to believe they were unsafe! Very unreasonable

I do not recommend Northgate Chevrolet.

Terrible service, no customer service skills.

Took a vehicle in for recalls and key reprogramming, told my battery was dead and they had to rip out my remote starter. Didn't explain a "why" or answer any of the questions I had. When asked if they did the recalls or reprogramming not given an answer. Told my car was outside needed to be towed and I owe them $118 because they did something to my car I did not ask them to do. Horrible service, no explanation. I learned this is the same guy, Dennis, who was also very rude on the phone.
