Dunvegan Inn & Suites

So Kolton & I stayed at Dunvegan Inn & Suites in Fairview Alberta last night. This is what happened ? I just left this place in tears. I went down to the front desk to tell them I had dirty towels in my room. Right away Betty the (Receptionist/Owner/Manager) told me that it's never happened there so she didn't think I knew what I was talking about.
