Not impressed!

I bought a used computer from them, and have had nothing but problems! Besides the computer not working properly (cursor skips, then deletes words while typing....and a dead battery) expect no customer service. I never once received a return phone call after numerous attempts to contact him. Also waited for him on 4 different occasions to show up at my house, and he would never show up and wouldn't be bothered to call! After 6 weeks of getting the run around, a new "used" battery showed up in my mailbox. Very disappointed with this business.
