Reitmans

My experience here was terrible. The Manager was in a grumpy mood, rude and treated me as though I was a criminal of some sort instead of a paying customer, because I was trying to return an item without the tags on it. She refused to help me. I have always loved shopping at Reitmans but will never go back to the Spruce Grove location again. Guess I will be looking for a new store to spend my money in.
