Dont use this clinic. My doctor is good and treats me well but one of the receptionist is rude and just plain mean. They have twice not sent my prescription to the pharmacy on a Friday causing me to be without my methadone for 3 days. I now call a few days before my prescription is up. The receptionist gets angry that I call, she does not listen to what I say and she down right said that she didnt believe I was clean. I cant believe they have staff that treat clients this way.

This clinic ruined my vacation! I get my methadone once every 2 days because I have to pay for it. Should have given me carries for the trip. I am not able to afford it each day. They also are trying to get me to pay 195 dollars when I havent sseen a dr there in 3 months and am on social assistance. I told them when I transferred from csc care to assistance but they didnt do a thing with me to transition the payments or they would be paid for already. Im switching cclinics I suggest you do too!

was there for 18 years and found the staff very patient and understanding despite a very tough environment. Found the counsellor John McMahon to be professional and courteous. Although some doctors may get a bad rap I found that if you treat them with respect they will respond in kind.

The staff are efficient and professional in all dealings with clients, washrooms, waiting rooms, offices, all kept neat tidy and clean. Time is always an issue with people and I found that the wait is always tolerable as people are moved along and dealt with efficiently an courteously. I found that due to limited people in this field I was more than happy with all aspects and I will suggest using this particular establishment to all necessary individuals.
