Manager Grant lacks professionalism and this company has horrible management skills because they dont have any to begin with, argumentative when all i wanted was to ask how can we fix this. They have had my sisters strata fees since Sept paid in error and give a runaround. Still waiting to get back.

horrible company, i cant count how many managers we have had in the last 6 years, i lost count at 4 or 5. Last manager who just left was rude, abrasive, and in my opinion incompetent. She was quick to blame others for not doing their jobs, but if you held her to account for things that the strata asked her 3 or 4 times to do she got argumentative and went on the offense. I feel this company is so focused on sales in terms of growing, and little focus on providing the customer service they promis

Awful property management company. They have a revolving door of inexperienced, overloaded property managers. We have been through 6 in 2 years. They have paid bills that we instructed them not to pay, as well as wasted our money on dispatching restoration services that were not required. Once we informed them of our intent to terminate, they completely stopped providing us with service and wont return my calls. RUN from this company. It can not get any worse.

I do drywall, painting and texture repairs and have had many different customers. I have always found Pacific Quorum to be very professional in how they handle their projects from dealing with the owners/tenants all the way to having the accounts settled. I would highly recommend this company for strata property management!

Told us we could have our dog buthomeowner threw us out b/c no pets allowed.Agent was on vacation for 2 wks & noone else could help.We moved out July19.On Aug1 $2200 was illegally taken from our acct. It was a weekend noone was available to speak with us.Tues I received an email the 2200 would be put back in my acct and that our info had been removed from their system.I wake up this past Sat to find two more withdrawals for 1100 and 550.
