Two young fit but experienced local men came with your truck to help us move in Kelowna from one three bedroom house to another on August 5th. They were friendly and efficient. They brought covers and shrink wrap for our furniture and we’re very careful. Move was accomplished in one day.we recommend your company to anyone. Your dispatcher was also good. The Nielsens

The worst movers! Ruined and lmy things,won’t call me back to claim. Used a trick, to shut down my BBB complaint. They were obviously very very experienced a ripping people off. They do not care about your belongings. When stuff was missing they told me to hurry and come look at stuff in a truck that was going to the dump! They had a whole moving truck full of peoples belongings they were not even trying to get back to them. They even offered me some of it “in trade” for my missing stuff!

The two gentlemen who helped us move were great. Both were easy going with us giving them instructions as to what we wanted. They were quick and knew exactly how to dismantle our different types of furniture. I didn’t feel judged when they would take out furniture and there would be lots of dust and random things that had fallen behind. Would hire them again!

Terrible customer service. Lack of communication between cities and departments. Our items arrived damaged/broken. Lost one of our bags and made no attempt to locate it. Asked to submit a claim and they said they'd give us $16.80 for content that cost approximately $800. Be prepared to pay double what you were quoted. We were quoted $2k and ended up paying $4500. They say they “charge by weight” but never show proof of weight. No response about damaged items claim. Incompetent company overall.

Fantastic experience. They took the stress out of moving and placing our belongings where we needed it to go.

Final price was double what they quoted me. When I complained they knocked the amount down a bit. One of the workers constantly swore loudly during the job and repeatedly kicked my closet door. They took a chunk out of the trim around the closet door and didn’t acknowledge it. Very unprofessional and I feel that it was intentionally under quoted to get the business. This was to move a large item that was given to me and if I had known the actual cost I wouldn’t have agreed to take it.

Excellent service and very quick. Lamont and Will excellent at taking care of my things. Would highly recommend.
