Chic Nails

All the negative reviews were under the former management. I have gone here for at least 5 years and have been extremely pleased. BTW no nails should last more than 3 weeks without a fill let alone 2 months as someone has suggested

The best pedicure I have ever had. Clean, good service and reasonably priced.

I have been going here for 4 years and I have always been more than happy with my nails. Whether it’s a manicure or pedicure, the staff are always so sweet. They create a fun and welcoming environment and I always recommend them to my friends and family.

In the 4 years I have been going, I have never once had a bad experience. Always great work on my nails and pedicures.

Always welcoming when I come in, its a great little nail shop. Its not a fancy huge corporation so there isnt bells and whistles on the inside but the staff are talented and kind. Always do a wonderful job and if nails break they fix with no charge. Bit pricy but paying for quality. With any customer service job, if you are nice to them, they are nice to you. Some people are just flat out rude but not this company. I recommend this shop to everyone.

If you're getting acrylics done..don't waste your money here

The service was friendly and fast. Fast because they rushed doing my acrylics which completely broke off 2-weeks later! They should have lasted atleast 2 months. If you're just looking for a paint job then I'm sure they're fine, as the older women in there seemed to like theirs.

Disrespectful staff that do not disclose proper prices and prices are much higher then advertised. My eyes were damaged but the eye lash lady. My eyes burned for three days.

The Nail Techs did a very poor job on my Shellac nails. They rushed me through and the nails were all uneven. I was also lied to about the price for Shellac nails. Normally Shellac Nails are $20 and this time I had to pay $29. It seemed to me like there was a big price jump and they don't have a Price Board for any of their services. This facility was not clean, smells bad, and cluttered. I wouldn't recommend this merchant. I won't be returning to this merchant.

Had a horrible experience , we waited over an hour and a half , we had an appointment . The nail lady then tries to remove my big toe nail as I had hit it on something and was a little purple , she lifted my nail up trying to remove it , the whole time I told her no ! I will go to a doctor as I didn't know my nail was like this as from being polished . She continued to argue with me saying I take off , and put white powder then put an artificial nail on top .

I have become a regular customer since dropping in for a manicure & pedicure about a year ago. While it is true that some of the girls are not very fluent in English it is not true that they are somehow cruel and uncaring. The owner speaks English very well and her son and daughter who also work there (the son after school)are as fluent speaking English as I am so you are always able to communicate your wishes. I have always been happy with the results and never left bleeding!

I have been getting my nails done a different business for many years but I decided to go to chic nails since I was in the area. It was the worst choice I have made. The lady (I think it was the owner) was very rude and did such a horrible job on my nails that they actually chipped and broken. Also she wanted to charge an additional $5 to get a certain shape (mine was a new set) an additional $5 for long nails and another $5 to paint them. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a nail salon that actually cares about the customers and not just the money they make off of them.
