I have used Instant Tailoring in Brentwood Mall for many years. There services are fast, effecient and exemplirary in workmanship. I would recommend Instant Tailoring to anyone who needs these type of services.

I brought a jacket in for them to shorten the sleeves. When I picked the jacket up a few days later the sleeves were different lengths. Noticeably so. I pointed this out to the person in charge. She measured the sleeves and did not admit any wrongdoing. I returned again a couple of days later and they actually charged me again for fixing their own mistake. This happened a while ago. I will not even contemplate going back to that business.

I travel 30 minutes just to get my clothing altered here, Sara is the best! Very good customer service and she does a great job on all my items :)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TAILOR SHOP. They ruined my pants and tried ti fix it three times with no success. And then had the nerve to ask me to pay for the extra time they took to try and fix their own mistakes. Not only is their customer service poor, but their workmanship in terms of competency is poor, but their prices are too high for this low quality service and customer service. I ended u taking my pants to another tailor who only took one time to fix my pants properly and charged me less.

Fantastic service, attention to details and quality.I'm not a easy person but I've take all my complex alterations to instant tailoring (Sarah) and she have been always come up with some sort of solution that totally escaped me. Reasonable price and very great customer service . Pleased with work.
