Normally, I've had a decent experience with the stylists there. Recently, I had a cut & color. I don't know what happened, but I'm thoroughly disappointed with my color and cut. My mistake was that I didn't voice it right away. The coloring in my hair has already faded, and I just had it done last Friday. I can still manage my new hairstyle, but I am a little sad that it happened this way :( I won't be going back there. Won't recommend it to anyone either. Over expensive, lack of experience
