    Does not follow some basic best practices of the profession. Frequently broke impartiality. Will not advocate for different approach if mediation not working or not appropriate for situation. Inconsistent communication.

    Less than average...

    Less than average service, spend the extra money and use a lawyer. After she was paid, won't even respond to me, slow at the best of times.
