Future Shop

Horrendous experience, all products I was interested in were sold via 3rd party. Marked up the prices from original order by %200 and customer service hung up on me after being put in 2 hour Que twice. Not the first and probably not not the last time they pull off these kind of stunts.

Terrible store been trying since April to resolve problems with laptop purchase and geek squad transferring and setting up laptop 15 trips to store still notfiuxe Think geek squad sdtsff incompetent Sales staff sold me new copy office program 3 times before admiring I only need one copy and can transfer to new computer but no longer use on broken computer Feel ripped off Lied to Frustrated after 8 months dealing with them and still no laptop with my data transfered from old to new model

lied to twice by associates at this Future shop

Twice now I’ve been lied to by sales associates at the Langford Future Shop about my so called extended warranties. Twice I’ve purchased them and the only repairs that were actually done was completed by Samsung and not through Future Shop. I talked to the floor manager at the store today and all he could do was apologize. His apology doesn’t reimburse me for the repairs need for the TV this year nor the repairs still needed on my IPad.
