Don't know what the issue was with the previous posters,nor do I care because I found the customer service to be fine along with the workmanship and cost of my product and believe me I'm the first one to hang a business out to dry if they're in the wrong but this time I have no complaints - definately reccomend them for your woodworking needs.

Same experience as previous post. Darcy has zero customer service skills, and is unwilling to stand behind the products he sells. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner/manager...

The owner/manager (Darcy) has the worst communication skills. So disrespectful and belligerent. Surprised he's still in business. Would never in million years shop here.
