La Jolie Permanent Cosmetics & Skin Revision Centre

I have been going to La Jolie since they were at the St Paul St location. The office setting is extremely professional. Jacquie is a perfectionist. She is not happy until your procedure is perfect. All costs associated with your procedure are fully and clearly explained up front. All after care procedures are clearly explained before you leave the office. I go back every year or two as I am fair skinned and use a lighter coloured ink, therefore it fades a bit quicker than the darker shades

All I tried to do was discuss a discrepancy in pricing and this lady got very upset. She went from pleasant to very rude. I was nearly in tears. Her reaction was very unprofessional and uncalled for. She said she would have to re-schedule doing the touch up to my brows cause she was too upset. I ended up rescheduling with a different business. Crazy how she will take your money then treat you this way.

Highly recommended. Very professional, clean environment.

Jacquie is very easy to get along with and talk to about what you want to look like. She is very through and precise, has done plenty of classes. She is Simply the Best in the Business.

Great Experience!!! Comfortable and Warm atmosphere. Kamloops is very lucky to have La Jolie, and the talents of Jackie. I can't say thank you enough. I Love It!!!
