Shady Business Practices
I took my car to Ken's to get some winter tires. I had a very specific type of tire in mind, and even though I had spoken with a rep from Michelin who told me that the size of tire I required for my vehicle was no longer in stock anywhere in Canada, Ken's told me that they could get them for me. When I returned to get my vehicle, Ken's told me that the type of tire I wanted was unavailable, and that they'd replaced them with a more expensive set of tires. Shady business practices, poor customer service, and higher prices. There are about five other tire shops in a two block radius of Ken's, and I'd highly recommend any of them before I'd recommend Ken's. It might be the best decorated, most comfortable of all shops to sit in, but Ken's has paid for those surroundings by charging more and providing less. Take your business elsewhere.
