Fresh always best pizza in town

This used to be my favorite pizza ever, but when you spend over 50 dollars on 2 pizzas and only get one topping on each pizza it becomes terrible and frustrating. I often think of you and wish you were still like old times.

Take out order placed. Told 20 mins wait. Return 15 mins later and wait. At 25 mins ask staff if pizza ready. No is the response. I ask, can you check. Look of irritation and a sigh in reply. Pizza had been sitting on back shelf for most of the time I waited. It just came out of the oven they claimed. Not returning.

In 2 months ordering from panago, The first time they forgot our drinks and did not bring the correct order, the second time they did not add the additional toppings we paid for, 3rd time they never added additional items as per our request again. Not sure if it’s the call center or the location on dewdney we order from but I can tell you Panago has lost our business.

I've routinely been ordering from this location for a while, and I've never been dissatisfied with their food or service.

The worst pizza I've had for a very long time. How can you make a pizza taste so bad?

This business is just opposite the road from us. We ordered pizza and gave our address. Ended up not having pizza because delivery person could not locate address. Should we also have given the color of the building, that we are located just on the other side of the road? We called them when pizza did not arrive and they were very apologetic and promised to have the order delivered right away. It has been almost two months and no pizza was delivered. Never again will I order any panago pizza!

Poor customer service @ call centre. Mixed up order. Offered credit. Never applied credit. Im Never going to eat at panago again! They're notorious for mixing up orders, always check your order before paying!
