lots of empty shelf's, store is so dark as lots of lights are out for long time

Stopped by this store yesterday for a few groceries after golf. Most staff were lovely but when I asked if they did add matching on Flip, Barb flipped on me! I had a 50 cent lower add match for Buy Low (which is in the next parking lot), and she wanted me to prove it wasn’t a ‘Toronto based’ add. I gave her my phone and she was flippant as can be. As a 33 year cashier in the lower mainland, this was very poor customer service! Buy Low is only in BC and Alberta! Geesh!

Bought fish today. Opened at home and it was bad! Went to the store for refund. This did not work. Owner Kevin Meyers became unhinged and refused to give refund, on pretext I was rude as I only pointed out to him he was looking at the wrong price. And he suggested I brought in the wrong package. When I objected to this he became unhinged and loudly refused to refund. I certainly will not go back to this store. I will shop at the competition. Kevin needs to attend anger Management Classes.
