Hi Lisa, as I would of course like to speak to you about your experience in our spa I have checked our computer records and I cannot find a Lisa H that came in to see us for a lip waxing from September to the end of December 2014. Your post is dated Dec 4th. We use only single use applicators in our waxing services to avoid any cross contamination. It is highly unlikely that your cold sore was caused by your lip waxing service as cold sores are internal to the body (you either carry the virus or you don't) and can be brought on during times of stress.
