The worst customer service ever ! once they have your money forget any kind of follow up or any type of customer services. They don't answer the phone, don't call back and could care less
Just went to save on foods today in quesnel... they were having very poor service and untrained staff ,, I was standing in express line with one item for 26 mins... changed lines for 2 times to other sections but again employees werenot aware of the products and they were spending so much time on talking ... so this is the poorest customer service I have ever seen ... I mean seriously u have to wait for 25 mins for one item in express line,,, that’s really ridiculous... staff need to be trained
