Felt very disresp...

Felt very disrespected when I came here with my family to inquire about the mercedes GL. Just coming from a night shift, I came in the store I guess looking haggard with my sweats and runners on. The lady at service desk was very friendly and made sure she got us a sales assistant to look after us. However, when the salesperson came in he was very arrogant. Didn't even offer us to have a seat with him when we mentioned we wanted to ask for a quote. He immediately asked if we are "Really" interested (maybe we didn't look the part that we can afford the car because we didn't came in nicely dressed). When we said we have been looking around for a family car and have been to Honda, audi and Lexus. Then he mentioned "maybe you should look for something cheaper" then he said "these cars will come up to 90k-100k. At that moment I felt very judged and disrespected. He did not even give us his calling card when we asked for it because we said we really wanted to think about it. He really wanted us gone. Made us feel as if we are just wasting his time. All we wanted was a quote.... will never think of buying a mercedes again because of this experience... his name was benjamin
