    Worst management company

    We've rented a unit they managed in Burnaby for more than 2 years. Very biased and unfair, especially for families. The absolute worst management company. And I should know, I used to work for one and we've done everything to be great tenants. Rents always paid, unit always clean. The only problem is we have a child. They completely sided with the tenants below us because our 1 year old child "was extremely noisy". Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

    Re. agent Amy managing a unit in Richmond,she never communicated with us the process.Someone only called us with date and time. When we met,we realized 4 groups were scheduled to view a tiny 1 bd condo at the same time. She didn't make any effort to ensure all applicants got proper introduction about the unit. When we submitted the formal rental offer, although she was responsible to inform us of their decision in 5 business days, she never did so, and she didn't return our followup email either
