The colonial hotel is full of v ockroaches, bed bugs and rats, both domestic and alley or sewer rats, in every single room, there is no functioning toilets or proper showers for any of the tennants, the conditions are deplorable for any human to live in yet tg e city doesn't do a thing to change this problem, for shame on the city of Vancouver
