Curt, dismissive, rude.

This agency represents a voice actress from a show for which I run a fan convention. The producer of said show told me that this actress was interested in appearing at our event, and referred me to said agency. The agent was almost impossible to reach. When I finally did reach her (half a week later?), she was curt, dismissive, and assured me that the talent was unavailable. Very offputting, and a huge contrast to the other talent agencies I've dealt with.
