Me: I have a standing order for an ointment that Id like to re-order.
Help desk: I dont have any ointments on your file.
Me: What? Ive had it for years.
Help desk: I only have a cream (followed by a blank stare).
On reflection, most staff are good to excellent. Management needs to keep an eye on employees who talk down to the customer, though. It can really colour ones view of the place.
This Shoppers Drug Mart is a great store for the downtown core and they are open 24 hours as well! When you find yourself running short of just about anything or need medicine or a prescription filled this store is just the ticket if you live downtown. Its an odd store in that it is large yet compact and they do a great job of keeping the shelves well-stocked and there is usually ample parking.
