Layers are one of the most basic things for a hairdresser to know. My daughter had hair down to her butt and wanted her hair cut just below the shoulder blades with some layers to give it some shape. It was the worst hack job I’ve ever seen. And the girl just kept cutting it short trying to fix it. Now she can hardly put it into a ponytail. Really sad considering how long and beautiful her hair was

I have gone to this place many times, but my last visit was the worst haircut in my life! I showed a picture to the hairdresser and she did nothing like it! I wanted a shag and she gave me a bob cut! I hate it and told her so before I left. She did nothing but give excuses. I have had this haircut more than a few times and it never turned out this horrible! The one particular hairdresser should stick to mens cuts because she is horrible at womens haircuts!!!! Looking for a new salon!!!
