Overall, a poor experience. Labourers were kind and helpful,the project manager was a disaster. Once we canceled the flooring company he wanted (bcuz after 7 quotes they still couldn't be honest) the project manager became combative, disrespectful & resistant to job completion, the manner he spoke to us was immature & rude, he stopped scheduling work tasks already in progress, and finally he began refusing to do the work within Scope. We settled with insurance & canceled ORS...after 7 months.

Awful company. Not trustworthy and they will do everything in their power to rip you off, and do the least work possible.

Unbelievably unreliable and unprofessional. Do not finish jobs in a timely manner nor do they complete them to satisfactory standards. Do not call these guys.. you will regret it
