I had a leaded glass interior door fixed for $450. A couple months later it fell out and smashed. Rather than take responsibility for his workmanship, I was met with hostility and accused of lying. He offered a 'deal' of $450 and we eventually agreed on $300. Two months later I picked up the door and he tried to charge $350. Again he was aggressive and accusatory. I had to insist that I just wanted to pay and leave! Glass Smith gets the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AWARD. Congratulations!
