Never answer their phones and cannot leave messages...very frustrating. They have made clerical errors. Long waits. Unfortunately, a reflection of the sad state of the Canadian medical system.
I took my daughter in on Saturday with a knee injury. The receptionist was sympathetic and professional, offering an icepack while we waited. I had great confidence in the doctor's diagnosis, he explained it with just enough med-speak and explained how injuries of the knee are impacted by stage of development. He also had a great manner with my daughter, gave guidance on treatment, and expected recovery.
Went in for what look like a wheat allergy rash but not sure. The doctor I saw Mr. Chu was rude and not helpful at all. I walked out with no answers and a giant waste of my time. Phoned back to see when a different doctor was in and operating system was taking to long to listen to the whole schedule, called receptionist and woman on phone told me I'm takin up time in her day, the phone call lasted about 30 seconds. Horrible.
