Historical Coming from an automotive background I can tell you that generally this dealership is very poorly run. I’ve had many crappy customer service experiences. Not all have been bad but this last one was just outrageous. I booked an oil change and wanted it done while I waited . They didn’t even touch the car for 2 hours . Once again the staff went above and beyond my expectations! Every single employee I saw, even just in passing, were friendly and very helpful. This is the second amazing vehicle I have purchased and will only return to Wheaton for future purchases.
Terrible customer service every time i go. Im forced to deal with Dave Wheaton since i drive a company truck but i would NEVER take my family vehicle there. Slow, unfriendly, and they couldnt care less about me. I dispise this place.
