Penny is an expert with color and working with damaged and difficult hair types. She also carries an excellent line of products.

I will not go anywhere else. Penny is exceptionally skilled when it comes to hair. She is always up to date with styles and colours. Her knowledge is unsurpassable. She will tell you like it is, Penny is there for the best interest of her customers.

I chose to go to Intrigue based on the great reviews, and Penny was exceptional. She stays current with all the new techniques and gave me a beautiful cut and style for my long hair. I feel so fortunate to know her.

Penny works carefully and precisely. I could not be more impressed with the results on my difficult hair type. My fine hair requires excellent cutting skills, which she certainly possesses! She was so attentive and careful with choice of hair dye. Best of all, she is pleasant and positive, a real joy to chat with! She is one of the best!

I have been going to see Penny for over 24 years. She always does a fantastic job and I can honestly say I've never had a bad hair cut/style from her. Her salon is very clean and the staff are all friendly. I would definitely recommend this salon. They are awesome!

I went to Kim to get my hair fixed after another salon attempted an ombre. There was a very distinct line between my natural colour and the dyed colour. The colour was also very brassy and yellow, which didn't contrast well with my dark hair. She was very thorough and helpful. Very pleasant to speak to and understanding. She worked at a good pace but made sure not to leave any detail unchecked. I'm definitely going back to her :)
