I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to be a medical professional. Dr. Patenaude was 30 minutes late for my appointment, then promptly shoved me out after 5 minutes, refusing to answer any of my questions unless they were related to the exact reason for my referral. I was told I had only one - expensive - option for treatment (which is incorrect), but was unsurprised by this considering that the office was plastered with advertising for a single, brand name treatment.
