RTI Forrest Roofing - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We contacted Ian Forrest to come to our place to do an inspection of our roof as there was hail damage. He came out and did the inspection and stated that we would receive our report in a weeks time. 2 weeks past and we contact him to follow up on the report. He stated that he would email us the report later that afternoon. Come later that afternoon we called him again to follow up on the email that he stated he was going to send us, he was extremly rude by saying "What are you going to call every ten mins" we just said that our insurance company is waiting for this report so we asked if he was going to email it and he said "maybe I might". So we left it at that. The next day we received an email from him stating "I will not submit a report. I have cancelled – deleted this file. I will not send you an invoice." So now we do not know why this has happened and with no other explaination. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
