Really bad, call in like 5 times in row to reschedule my delivery due to delay on their end but still nothing.until dis moment I haven’t yet received my orde. They said they would call me back, didn’t hear from them and my order is not yet here.
Claimed they delivered my package but it never showed up and no one is calling me back to tell me where my package is. I ve been calling every day for the past 3 days but i have just been getting the run-around. I gave a rating of one star because they didnt allow me to give no stars.
Absolutely no form of contact that my shipment arrived. I didn’t even know I was supposed to pick up my shipment, I figured it would be delivered to my nearest post office like every other package I’ve ever ordered. It said two delivery attempts were made, but I recieved no contact by the company about it (you would think they’d leave a note at least telling me where to pick it up) In the end, my package ended up getting shipped back without myself being informed. Is it possible to give 0 stars?
texted me two days in a row that my delivery would arrive that day. Third day I called and they said that day would be the day. Nope. Called again and the person had no idea where my town was and thought the spelling might be an issue. I just wanted to pick it up already but cannot get in touch with the actual people who have my package, just a service person in another country who knows nothing. Horrible service.
Terrible Service! I order online a lot and no other courier service has ever not found my address! Now I need to wait yet another 24hrs to even pick up my pkg myself at DHL in Winnipeg.
This is the only time I've used DHL, and it wasn't really by choice but just happened to be the courier used by the place I was ordering from. I was a bit worried because of all the bad reviews, but frankly the experience was really great. The tracking was updated frequently, and the package was delivered a day before the estimated delivery date. I used Express and I requested SMS updates so I could see where things were. Keep it up.
Can't even give a rating!! Worst delivery service I have ever experienced! Said they tried to deliver twice... never received any notice got a final notice call and then they said they could not deliver because no one was there to sign ! Had to travel 30 miles to get my own package! Please get this company out of business!! Never use them!
Is there a .05% of a star option?! I'm soo not impressed.. The driver "attempted a delivery" at what says 12pm.. yet my tracking number states it left Brandon and was in Wpg at 11:15am... There was no knock on the door, the dog would have heard it a mile away.. There was no attempt for delivery at all.. Just some lil ninja and a slip saying "sorry we missed you" NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Worst shipping company I have ever used. Charges an outrageous fee of $14 just to pick up your package from customs and when you try to call all you get is a recording. I will never use this company again.
