Yes, you sometimes need to call before leaving your house to see if she will be on time as she Delivers a LOT OF BABIES at St. B. Be ready to wait a bit sometimes. Other times, quick in and out.

I went for appoinment today around 9 am, because my appoinment is 9:10. And the doctor was not there. There was no call or mail to let us know that my appoinment could be late or cancel. The receptionist did really have a really bad attitude to me. No sorry words, and she said to me just sit there and wait or go somewhere and back for an hour while my time is limited. I asked if she make sure the time if i back, she didn’t care and answer my question. And her face expression just unrespecful.
