Dufresne Furniture & Appliances Store

My girlfriend bought a mattress and bedframe from dufresne and paid for delivery and set-up. Turns out when dufresne set it up they never installed support legs down the centre. The bed began to sag towards the middle damaging the mattress. Dufresne told us that they could not replace the mattress because the warranty was void because it wasnt properly supported. Then they said we had to pay for the replacement support legs. No compensation at all for their mistake. NEVER BUY HERE!

Staff greeted you as soon as you walked into the store. No pressure to buy. Saleswoman was very helpful.

Super disappointed in this company, we purchased all of our appliances from Dufresne two years ago. we purchased an extended warranty to cover all of the appliances for 4 years. My fridge broke on March 22nd, I called the customer service line, long story short... it took 3 weeks for someone to service my area (45min-1hr north of Winnipeg), only to be told that it will be another 5-7business days for parts, it has now been A MONTH without a working fridge, beyond disappointed in this company.

I have bought several bed sets from Dufresne. They always have great sales, and a knowledgeable staff.

My sales person was well informed, gave me an example of how one of the products I was interested in was built. She helped me with the accessories that I picked to help compliment the furniture I wanted . She gave me options without overselling or selling me something I wouldn't be interested in anyway. Altogether, from start to finish, I was treated with respect. A great experience !

I had a horrible experience with this store, in the major appliance section. They charged me a "restocking fee" for changing an order. I bought a fridge which was not in stock for 2 weeks, I went home and did another measurement and discovered the fridge was too big. I went back to the store 2 hrs later and explained the situation and bought a smaller fridge, remember 2 hrs later. They charged me $700.00 and treated me with disdain and disgust. Never again!

VERY Friendly and helpful staff

Excellent service every time we come in, in all departments! Clean and friendly. My mother doesn't like shopping, and always finds exactly what she wants, how she wants it and they are understanding an patience with her. She describes what she wants and they show us selections and at great price. She wont go anywhere else. Why shop around!
