I took my son to Gerry Gordon's to look for his first car. We were just starting the process and I have to say, we felt like we were treated with respect and there was a no pressure environment. Dave Hallock was our sales person and I can tell you from first hand he knows his stuff. Dave took the time to go over the Mazda 3 my son was interested in and made the buying process so effortless. We had to wait a little bit to get the color we wanted but Dave kept us up to speed on everything and when it came time for us to take it home he went over the books and the car to make sure we knew how every thing worked, really appreciated . Great personal touch and I would recommend Super Dave and the people at Gerry Gordon's Mazda to anyone.
-very poor service, not once have I brought in my vehicle for repairs and didnt have to return to them to fix it again due to mistakes or wrong assessment of damage
-it took them three tries just to try and stop tires from leaking. they were still leaking after they resealed them, they were still leaking after they resealed them again, and after bringing it in for the third time they finally found that a part was needed to be ordered in order for the tires to stop leaking
-it took them three months to fix our vehicle after an accident, we called around to other mazda service departments and they all told us theyve never heard of a car take that long to fix.
-after having three months to fix our vehicle they returned our car to us still damaged, already on the drive home from getting our vehicle back we noticed problems with our vehicle so we had to bring it back the next day
-for a second time they returned our vehicle to us still damaged due to needing to order in more parts, they didnt tell us that the damage was dangerous to drive without being fixed and our car ended up stalling in the middle of a highway.
