I travel for business all the time and spend more then half my year outside my home town. Being a food Expert I try all kinds of restaurants. While in Winnipeg, I came accross Ivory. Without exaggeration, Ivory was the worst dinning experience of my life.
I was pleased by the fact that the resturant had parking. That however is the only positive thing going for this resturant. 'Ivory Food' tasted worst then 'Ivory Soap'. Place was not busy but the service was still poor. They got the order wrong, dish we ordered looked hideous and unappetizing. The owner stopped us from taking a picture of it out of embarrassment. The disappointing fact was half way through our meal they stopped the kitchen without asking if we wanted anything more. When we complained to the owner she just handed us the bill.
In Short, Ivory serves Bad Food, has poor service, is hosted by a very rude owner who treats their customers as nuisance and is a disappointment to South Asian cuisine.
