I love the variety of classes and staff/instructors are very friendly. This is a great gym for me and I have seen progress in my fitness goals...thanks Shapes!

Cancellation policy sucks. I’ve been a member since 2018 (long past my one year contract) and they charged me an additional three pay periods after cancelling.

They only care about money. Do not sign a contract with Shapes. If you ever want to cancel they make you still do 3 more payments before youre free. Forgot to switch my payments to my new bank account, got nsf fee from bank AND $25 fee from shapes, PLUS membership suspended, PLUS was double charged the regular membership fee and Im stuck with 3 more payments until I can be done with this poor excuse of a company. Ps who charges $25 fee on a $14 payment?? Ridiculous.
