Middleton Smiles Dr Firaf Al Dabbagh

My first anxiety-provoking experience at a dentist. Dr. Al-Dabbagh did not informed once through the exam/cleaning what procedures/findings were happening in my mouth. Very poor chair-side manner. The cleaning was rushed, painful, and mediocre. Questions about experience were met with defensiveness. . Dr. Al-Dabbagh and staff are "very nice". Gave me a second cleaning. I am disappointed by the quality of service. I will not be going back.
