I am extremely pleased with all aspects of my association withActive Life. Shannon's thorough understanding of your problems and how best to treat them is superb. Her positive attitude and pleasant manner are comforting. The admin staff is exceptional from setting appointments to sending out confirmations and timely reminders. All in all, a most pleasant experience from the time you enter the door.

After spending thousands of dollars, including paying twice the retail cost for a knee brace, they charged me a cancellation fee for missing a single appointment. I've never charged or been charged a cancellation fee by any other business or professional. This was a terrible way to treat a client.
