Walmart Supercentre Main Store - Grocery

Manager has zero customer service skills and was very abrupt and unfriendly! Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, I was shocked at the lack of care given towards customers. Left feeling horrible and won’t be back

Today my wife and I were shopping at New Minas Walmart. We usually choose to support checkouts with human tellers. At the checkout area a manager asked who was paying for the items in the he cart. I indicated that I was. The manager directed me to go to a specific till with the shopping cart, and preceded to inform my wife that she would need go completely around the checkout area and join me at the other side of the till. Strange thing is no such rule at self checkouts! Shameful!
